1. New admission (Batch 2024) click on 'New Student Login'. Old/Continuation Students click on 'Old Student Login'.
2. Enter the reporting Username and Password as sent to you through SMS.
3. Enter the Type as Hosteller or Day Boarder as applicable on you.
4. Click on 'Submit'
5. Read the Instructions and start filling all the Forms

1. If you are a Hosteller, kindly fill Form A, Form B, Form C, Form D, Form E, Form F, Form G (Optional), Form H (Optional), Form I, Form J and Upload all the necessary documents.
2. If you are a Day Boarder, kindly fill Form A, Form B, Form C, Form I Form K, Form O and Upload all the necessary documents.
3. Kindly click on Submit after filling each Form separately.
4. It is mandatory to submit the Final Declaration Form to complete the Online Reporting Process.
5. Additionally Form M to be filled by all the students of BHMS along with Hosteller Forms/Day Borader Forms whichever category is applicable on them and additionally Form N to be filled by all the students of BAMS along with Hosteller Forms/Day Borader Forms whichever category is applicable on them
6. All the Forms are editable until you submit the Final Declaration Form. After submission of the Final Declaration Form the forms may be viewed but cannot be edited.
7. After submission of the Final Declaration Form you may proceed forOnline Fee Submission through link http://www.jvwu.ac.in/online-fee-payment .

Kind Attention - Old/Continuation Students

1. All the Old/Continuation Students may view their information in all Forms of Hosteller/Day Boarder whichever category is applicable on them. For any changes in the form you will have to take a print out of the form from University website link https://www.jvwu.ac.in/reporting-at-campus.html write down the changes and get it signed by your parent/ guardian and submit the same at Communication Center (CC) at the time of reporting, updated subject to verification from your parent/guardian.
2. All the students that have changed their boardership status for next session 2024-25 will have to fill all the reporting from of Hosteller/Day Boarder whichever category is applicable on them for session 2024-25.
